Three RTD Candidates Qualify for General Election Ballot
Denver, July 24, 2026 - The Elections Division of the Colorado Secretary of State's Office announced today that three nonpartisan candidates for RTD Board of Directors have submitted the required number of signatures to appear on the November 3, 2026 General Election ballot.

Candidates for RTD Board of Directors are required to collect 250 signatures within their district as required by C.R.S. 32-9-111(5)(a). Each of the following candidates eclipsed the 250-signature threshold:

Cindy Arcuri, candidate for RTD District N, 417 valid signatures submitted
Bianka Emerson, candidate for RTD District B, 307 valid signatures submitted
Michael Farrington, candidate for RTD District K, 315 valid signatures submitted
Cindy Arcuri Petition Verification Summary:

Number of qualified signatures submitted: 553
Number of entries rejected: 136
Number of entries accepted: 417
Number of valid signatures required: 250
Bianka Emerson Petition Verification Summary:

Number of qualified signatures submitted: 535
Number of entries rejected: 228
Number of entries accepted: 307
Number of valid signatures required: 250
Michael Farrington Petition Verification Summary:

Number of qualified signatures submitted: 464
Number of entries rejected: 149
Number of entries accepted: 315
Number of valid signatures required: 250
