Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead Fire Departments to Host Joint Fire Academy Graduation
The graduation ceremony is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 25, at 9 a.m. in Fargo City Hall

The Fargo Fire Department, West Fargo Fire Department and Moorhead Fire Department will celebrate the graduation of nine Fargo recruits, three West Fargo recruits and one Moorhead recruit from the Joint Fire Academy on Friday, October 25, at 9 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers in Fargo City Hall, 225 4th St. N.
The ceremony will recognize the 11th graduating class of the Joint Fire Academy, which is hosted by the Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead fire departments. During the academy's 16-week training program, recruits completed classroom work, drills, ride-alongs and live burn scenarios. Recruits experienced hands-on training in a controlled environment, learning techniques to prepare them for real-life scenarios.
The public is invited to attend the graduation in-person or watch live via TVFargo.com or on The City of Fargo's social media platforms.
