IDFA Names Tom Wojno Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Operating Officer in Newly Created Role; Announces Additional Team Promotions

WASHINGTON, June 25, 2026-The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) announced today the promotion of Tom Wojno to executive vice president, chief strategy & operating officer, a newly created position that reflects IDFA's continued focus on strategic growth, operational excellence and delivering greater value for its members.

IDFA also announced the promotions of three team members whose expanded leadership roles will strengthen the association's finance, employee relations, creative services, marketing and external communications functions. Tyesha Wilson has been promoted to senior director, financial services and employee relations; Jeffrey Cullen has been promoted to senior director, video and creative; and Mariah Minnick has been promoted to senior manager, marketing and external communications.

These promotions recognize their many contributions and the important role each will continue to play in IDFA's future."

Additional details on the promotions announced today are below.

Tom Wojno has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Operating Officer.

As executive vice president, chief strategy & operating officer, Wojno will help shape IDFA's long-term vision while leading the association's day-to-day operations and enterprise-wide strategic planning. In this newly created role, he will work across the organization to accelerate growth, strengthen organizational performance and ensure IDFA continue to deliver exceptional value and results for our members. His promotion recognizes a proven record of exceptional strategic leadership, operational excellence and a deep commitment to advancing IDFA's mission and organizational success.

Over the past year, Wojno has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing IDFA's strategic priorities, driving significant growth in membership, programming, events and the association's overall financial performance. He has also strengthened operational effectiveness across the association by fostering collaboration among teams and ensuring IDFA's resources and initiatives are aligned with member needs and long-term strategic goals.

Wojno joined IDFA in 2017 and has led the development of strategies to enhance IDFA services, expand its diverse membership and create new opportunities for growth. Before joining IDFA, he served as vice president of member value and strategy for the National Restaurant Association and held leadership roles with America's Promise and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Tyesha Wilson has been promoted to Senior Director, Financial Services and Employee Relations.

As senior director, financial services and employee relations, Wilson will continue to play a central role in IDFA's financial management while expanding her leadership across human resources, employee relations and recruitment. Her promotion recognizes her critical contributions to the day-to-day oversight of IDFA's budget, financial operations, employee benefits and talent needs.

Wilson began her IDFA career in 2002 as accounting assistant and has grown into a trusted leader across the association's finance and administrative functions. Her responsibilities include budgeting and planning, financial statement preparation and analysis, annual audit, risk assessment, payroll, employee benefits administration and related financial operations.

Jeffrey Cullen has been promoted to Senior Director, Video and Creative.

As senior director, video and creative, Cullen will lead IDFA's visual and storytelling strategy across video, digital, social, web, events, advocacy campaigns and member communications. In this role, Cullen will oversee creative standards and production, strengthen IDFA's brand identity, and help translate complex policy and industry issues into clear, compelling and credible content for members, policymakers, media and the public.

Cullen joined IDFA after a decade at Consumer Reports, where he led content strategies for the organization's social media channels and managed daily video production. His experience also includes roles with The Wall Street Journal, News Corporation and Royal Caribbean Group. At IDFA, Cullen has played a critical role in enhancing the association's digital presence, creative products, web properties, video production and external communications.

Mariah Minnick has been promoted to Senior Manager, Marketing and External Communications.

As senior manager, marketing and external communications, Minnick will lead and strengthen IDFA's marketing, event communications, digital content and external communications products. Her promotion recognizes her leadership in event marketing and branding, program marketing, website and email modernization, social media, and cross-functional communications support for IDFA's advocacy and member engagement priorities.

Minnick manages content across IDFA's social media platforms, publications and communications products. Since joining IDFA from the National Association of Conservation Districts, she has helped elevate IDFA's events, programs and campaigns through stronger marketing materials, consistent visual identity, member communications, social media coverage and digital engagement.
