Neurodiversity Employment Network’s Connect and Learn Meet Up

Join the Neurodiversity Employment Network of Philadelphia (NENPHL) for a purpose-driven morning designed to strengthen connections between employers and neurodivergent talent!
This interactive event invites employers to volunteer their time in a structured, practice-based rotation with job seekers. You will meet candidates, hear their elevator pitches, and offer feedback that supports real growth and confidence. It is a meaningful way to contribute to the workforce pipeline while building authentic connections.
This is not a hiring event. You do not need open roles or a recruiting function to participate. Professionals from any industry are welcome!
The morning concludes with a Lunch and Learn featuring higher education and workforce partners, offering practical insights on building inclusive workplaces and strengthening internship pathways.
