More than 48,000 Dallas ISD students are taking part in the new Learning Voyages program, connecting classroom instruction with real-world learning through visits to the Dallas Zoo, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Arboretum, and the district's Environmental Education Center. Made possible through a partnership with Lyda Hill Philanthropies, the program removes financial barriers while sparking curiosity and strengthening STEM learning. Community members interested in volunteering their time to support these hands-on learning experiences are encouraged to visit our Volunteer and Partnerships webpage to sign up.
