The CommUNITY Diversity Group will hold its 34th Annual Race Unity Day Rally on Sunday, September 14, 2025 beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Auditorium. This day has been proclaimed as "Race Unity Day" by the Village of La Grange. The annual event is intended to bring the community together to recognize its diversity and to celebrate the Village's rich history and contributions made by all of its residents.
The CommUNITY Diversity Group also invites the community to stop by the La Grange Farmers Market outside the Village Hall to participate in Antiracist Storytime on Thursday, September 11 at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome to attend.
Additional Diversity Days events include the screening and discussion of the movie "A Binding Truth" at the La Grange Public Library on Friday, September 12, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Space is limited and registration is required to attend this event.
