Altaris Completes Acquisition of Clarivate’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Business

New York, NY - Altaris, LLC (collectively with its managed funds, "Altaris") announced today that it completed the acquisition of the Life Sciences & Healthcare business ("LS&H") from Clarivate plc (NYSE: CLVT). LS&H will operate as an independent company under Altaris' ownership with Henry Levy continuing to lead the business as Chief Executive Officer. LS&H will be headquartered in Pennsylvania and will be rebranded in due course.

LS&H is an AI-enabled data intelligence platform providing decision-support tools for R&D and commercialization applications to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology industries. The company has two business units: Cortellis and Decision Resources Group (DRG). Cortellis delivers insights to its customers across drug development, regulatory, and safety use cases. DRG provides data-driven products and consulting services to optimize product commercialization and market access strategies.
