We are pleased to submit our annual comprehensive oversight plan describing independent oversight activities for overseas contingency operations Operation Inherent Resolve, Operation Enduring Sentinel, Operation Southern Guard, Operation Southern Spear, and Operation Epic Fury. We address a classified overseas contingency operation in the classified appendix. These overseas contingency operations have distinct missions, which are discussed in this plan.
