MaineHealth Welcomes Baby New Year!

Portland, Maine - MaineHealth welcomed its first baby of the new year at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Portland! Michael Nathan Maiato was born at 2:55 a.m. to Paige and Joe Maiato of Kennebunk. Michael weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 20.4 inches long.

"We are overjoyed with the newest addition to our family," said Joe Maiato. "What a way to ring in the new year!"

The Maiaitos said they were excited for Michael to meet his 2-year old brother, Theo.
