Changes to Judge Barnes' Hearing Schedule

Effective February 1, 2025, Judge Barnes' hearing schedule will be modified as follows:
1. Judge Barnes will be hearing matters other than chapter 13 on Tuesdays in addition to Wednesdays, according to the existing schedule for Wednesdays; and
2. Judge Barnes will be hearing chapter 13 matters on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. with chapter 13 trustee new motions. Otherwise the times will remain unchanged.
