It brings together Alliance members and leading actors from across the semiconductor value chains to showcase tangible progress and strengthen collaboration around Europe's semiconductor ambitions.
In the morning keynote, industry thought-leader Marc Hijinks explores how Europe can cultivate its own high-tech champions, drawing on lessons from past successes and the analogy of semiconductors as the "new coal and steel" critical to the continent's future economic and strategic autonomy. High-level discussions then turn to innovation, capacity and resilience in Europe's semiconductor trajectory.
A dedicated session focuses on the revision of the European Chips Act - with open consultation and engagement from a broad spectrum of stakeholders. The feedback gathered will help inform future policy developments under the EU Chips Act, ensuring that upcoming initiatives are aligned with the needs and realities of Europe's semiconductor ecosystem and its key user industries.
Later in the afternoon, participants divide into parallel workshops across the Alliance's Working Groups on Skills, Supply Chains, PFAS and Automotive - each deep-diving into key insights, progress made, and next actionable steps.
The event underlines the urgency and ambition of Europe's push for more sovereignty in semiconductor technologies, with the Alliance aiming to accelerate key initiatives in talent, supply-chain resilience and advanced manufacturing.
