Montoursville, PA - Motorists are advised of a rolling roadblock next week on Route 15 in both direction in Kelly Township, Union County, for removal of utility wire.
On Monday, November 18, 2024, a contractor for Windstream will cut and remove wires that span Route 15 between Colonel John Kelly Road (Route 1002) and Zeigler Road. Motorists can expect a rolling roadblock while crews cut the wire and pull it across the road. The rolling roadblock will take approximately 15 minutes. Work will take place between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel and drive with caution.
