Providence Investment Partners Announces Investment Team Addition and Promotions

Dallas, TX - Providence Investment Partners ("Providence") is pleased to announce key updates to its investment team, including a new addition as well as promotions.

We are proud to announce the addition of Caleb McCasland to the team and the promotions of Tyler Barke and Luke Li, in recognition for their exemplification of those values and their contributions to the market, the firm, and all of our stakeholders," said Partner Jay Turner.

McCasland brings extensive experience in sourcing and execution roles across private equity and credit. He joins Providence from Patriot Capital, where McCasland was previously a senior investment professional, sourcing and executing three platform investments and serving on portfolio company boards across the technology, business services, and manufacturing sectors. Earlier in his career, McCasland was one of three founders who built a sponsor finance practice in banking, investing $230 million+ across 40+ transactions in the technology space. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University - Texarkana. McCasland also serves on the board of the DFW Private Equity Forum and the 1911 Group and is active in the Small Business Investor Alliance. Barke has been promoted to Vice President after serving as Senior Associate at Providence since 2025 and executing on several transactions, including Providence's investments in Common Thread Collective and Innovative Life Sciences.
