The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Advisory Board invites residents to apply for two alternate volunteer positions on the Trails, Open Space, and Parks (TOPS) Working Committee, contributing to our community park's growth and development.
The TOPS Working Committee has nine (9) members appointed by the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Advisory Board. Committee members work together in accordance with the TOPS Ordinance, to guide our City in the prudent acquisition, stewardship, development and preservation of Trails, Open Space, and Parks, thereby creating a legacy for future generations in the Pikes Peak region.
Applicants must reside within the City of Colorado Springs and be interested in the development of the park, trail, open space, recreation, resources, and facilities of the community.
Apply by Friday, November 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Online submissions are accepted at ColoradoSprings.gov/boards.
