Chinese Consul General in Perth Fu Lihua Attends the Welcome Lunch organized by Premier Roger Cook

On 6 November, Consul General Fu Lihua attended the welcome lunch organized by Premier Roger Cook. Andy Yuan, President of Chung Wah Association, Ting Chen, Deputy President of Chung Wah Association were present.

Ms. Fu said that the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of CPC outlines the blueprint for China's development in the next five years, bringing more opportunities for promoting cooperation in various fields between China and WA, and expressed the willingness to build high quality and vigorous China-WA relations during her tenure.

Mr. Cook commended the great potential and tremendous achievements of the economic and social development of China that he witnessed during his visit to China this September, praised the great contributions made by the Chinese Community to WA economic and social development, and said that he would like to further enhance cooperation in various fields with China.
