Greetings to Marat Kambolov on his election as President of the Republic of South Ossetia

Relations between Moscow and Tskhinval are characterised by friendship and alliance. I am sure that your activities as head of state will promote their further progressive development for the benefit of our peoples and contribute to stronger regional security and stability."
