Southfield Parks & Recreation to host “Park It” outdoor movie at the Southfield Municipal Campus June 23
The Southfield Parks & Recreation Department will host Park It on June 23 from 6-9:30 p.m. on the Southfield Municipal Campus front lawn, 26000 Evergreen Road.
Park It will feature live entertainment beginning at 6:30 p.m., an inflatable bounce house (be sure to wear or bring socks), face painting, hot dog and lemonade carts and snacks available for purchase. When the sun starts to set around 8:00 p.m., grab a blanket or lawn chairs and settle in for an outdoor movie featuring Inside Out 2 (Rated PG, 2024). Join Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust as they meet the newest emotion-Anxiety!
Park It will return for its second edition on Monday, August 11 with the movie Kung Fu Panda 4.
This is a free event presented by the Southfield Parks & Recreation Department, along with Park It Family Fun Nights and their sponsors Meijer and Weingartz.
