Pickleweed Park Enhancement Project: April 2025 Update
Construction work continues on the City's Pickleweed Park Enhancement project that began in September 2024.
In preparation for the installation of the all-weather turf, the contractor has removed the existing grass field and is preparing the final grading. Most of the demolition work has been completed as well as minor concrete work and the installation of the perimeter fence posts.
Construction is expected to be completed by mid-Summer 2025 and will result in a new multi-sport all-weather turf field, adult fitness equipment, toddler play area, basketball court, enhanced accessibility, and a gazebo.
