Malone Park Commons: Affordable Housing for UTHSC Students and Employees

Malone Park Commons is a 35 unit pocket neighborhood at 606 North Main Street. It is a mix of cottages, fourplex apartments, and live work buildings, with floor plans ranging from studios up to two bedroom cottages. Every home features hardwood floors and large windows, front porches, in unit washer and dryer, and a shared green courtyard at the heart of the community.
