Street Maintenance Work Underway in Richland Park Neighborhood

Crews began pavement repairs this week in the Richland Park neighborhood as part of the City's Annual Neighborhood Street Maintenance Program.

Work will take place on the following streets between Richland Park Drive and Audelia Road:

• Harvest Glen Drive
• Stillmeadow Drive
• Goodwin Drive

The work involves removing and replacing sections of deteriorating concrete pavement. Only pavement identified as needing repair will be replaced.

Residents may experience temporary restrictions to street access and on-street parking in active construction areas.

This phase of work is expected to be completed by spring 2027, weather permitting. Additional neighborhood street maintenance work is planned in Richland Park following completion of this phase.
