Phoenix, AZ (March 11, 2026): Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, will soon begin building a new phase of homes in The Ridge at Victory and The Heights at Victory, located within the master-planned community of Victory at Verrado in Buckeye, AZ.
In this new phase of The Ridge at Victory, buyers will be able to select from seven one-story floor plans.
