WASHINGTON - Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) President & CEO Jeff Eshelman issued the following statement today in response to Senator Dave McCormick's Inaugural Pennsylvania Energy and Innovation Summit in Pittsburgh:

"As a native Pennsylvanian, I'm proud to see President Trump and Senator McCormick recognize the commonwealth's contribution to American energy dominance. Pennsylvania is the nation's second largest energy producer. A broad energy agenda - from nuclear to fossil fuels - is a win for jobs, the national economy and local communities, our national security and international allies. Pennsylvania's energy is a literal powerhouse. It is vital in domestic and global leadership, and the investments announced today will only build upon the commonwealth's critical role.
