Porzio Bromberg & Newman's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring team has been selected as lead counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 cases of SpiriTrust Lutheran and its affiliated debtors, currently pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
SpiriTrust Lutheran is a nonprofit, faith-based organization serving south-central Pennsylvania with senior living communities and essential health services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based care. The Chapter 11 process aims to ensure long-term stability for SpiriTrust Lutheran's residents and employees.
