The Economist Mariano de Miguel at the World Forum 4.0

The Argentine Economist Mariano de Miguel, current President of the Investment and Foreign Trade Bank (BICE) of the Argentine Republic, spoke at the world forum 4.0 on the global context for development in the 4RI. Perspectives of Argentina ", where he analyzed the potential of his country linked to joining the fourth industrial revolution. De Miguel also served as Undersecretary for Scientific Research and Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Defense of the Argentine Nation and is also Director of the Applied Economics Institute (UCES).
