This contract provides support for wired telecommunications and networked voice, video and data services. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Mission Systems Sector, Linthicum Heights, Maryland, was awarded a $312,338,052 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-20-C-5519) to exercise an option for the production of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program Block Three Hemisphere and Quadrant systems. HDR AECOM Infrastructure JV, a JV, Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $100,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for architect-engineer services. This contract provides for design and engineering services for projects that involve significant base infrastructure and other civil design and engineering services with associated multi-discipline architect-engineering support services, at various locations under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific including the Indo-Pacific region. Work will be performed at various locations within the NAVFAC Pacific area of responsibility including, but not limited to, Guam (60%), Micronesia (15%), Hawaii (10%), and other locations including the continental U.S., the Philippines, Australia, Japan, Okinawa, Diego Garcia, and Singapore (15%). The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of June 2031, or until all task orders have been completed. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a $51,714,440 modification (P00018) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0001923D0011). This modification increases the contract ceiling to provide continued integrated logistics support, sustaining engineering, spares support, material management, component overhaul, and training activities in support of sustaining the VH-92A Patriot in-service helicopter for the Navy. KTH Services JV LLC,* Colorado Springs, Colorado, is awarded a $34,950,653 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for base operations support services at Naval Station Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida. This contract provides for base operations support services to include port operations, facility management, facility investment, custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, pavement clearance, utilities management, electrical, wastewater, water, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by December 2027. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and seven option periods, is $279,526,486. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2027 operations and maintenance (Navy); fiscal 2027 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps); fiscal 2027 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps Reserve); fiscal 2027 working capital funds; and fiscal 2027 family housing operations and maintenance (Navy) funds, in the amount of $26,311,966, will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the base period. Saab Inc., East Syracuse, New York, is awarded a $23,190,271 firm-fixed-price contract for four MK66 Heavyweight Undersea Training Targets (also known as AUV62-AT). Work will be performed in East Syracuse, New York, and is expected to be completed by June 2028. Fiscal 2026 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $23,190,271 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.
