Board finds 71 City employees, officials, and City Council contractors in violation of the law for late ethics statement filings.

EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS WHO VIOLATED THE ETHICS ORDINANCE FOR FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE 2026 STATEMENTS OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS

Pursuant to the authority vested with the Board of Ethics under §2-156-505 of Chicago's Governmental Ethics Ordinance, we are publishing the names of the following City employees, officials, and City Council contractors who have been determined to have violated the Ordinance for failing to timely file their 2026 Statement of Financial Interests forms, and the fines assessed, per the Ordinance. In accordance with §2-156-465(b)(2), the Board of Ethics is making their names public. Note: This list may be updated as new information becomes available to the Board. This list is current as of May 28, 2026.
