Seal coat project on multiple routes in Callaway County to begin next week

JEFFERSON CITY , M o - Preventative maintenance on Callaway County Route s UU, O, and Route JJ , and Outer Road 70 is set to begin week .

Starting June 1, during daylight hours, c onstruction crews plan to apply a se al coat ing to Route UU , f rom Route O to Route JJ . Crews will then move to :

• Route O from State Farm Street to Route D.

• Outer Road 70 from U.S. Route 54 to Route JJ and from Route A to Route D.

• Route JJ from Route Z to Route UU.

One lane will remain open and flaggers with a pilot car will direct motorists through the work zone s . This work is expected to be complete mid-June. All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
