Reminder: Please submit your contracts and agreements for the new 2026-2027 fiscal year

As we look toward a new fiscal year, the Office of Legal Affairs is reaching out to the agreement/contract submitters to become proactive in our process of reviewing submitted documents. To allow sufficient time for this process, we urge our submitters to begin the process now for the 2026-2027 year. This will allow you adequate time to negotiate any terms for your purchases and be ready to process your requisitions when the new fiscal year begins.

Please reach out to your vendor contacts. Then, enter the information in the Proposed Legal Contract portal (https://georgiacollege-bsucw.formstack.com/forms/legal_contract_entry_form). This information should be a proposal/quote and any of the following that may apply:

• T&C -Terms and Conditions
• SOW - Statement of Work
• MSA - Master Service Agreement
• SSA - Special Service Agreement
• EULA - End User License Agreement
• A link/website that states additional items pertaining to the agreement.
