/KASE, August 28, 2026/ - By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated August 27, 2026, common shares KZ1C00001577 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, PZVA) of POSITIVE- A JSC were delisted from KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on August 31, 2026.
KASE's conclusion notes that the ground for delisting the specified shares is, among other things, failure by POSITIVE-A JSC to comply with the information disclosure requirements established by KASE's internal document "Rules for Information Disclosure by Securities Admission Initiators".
The specified shares were included in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market on October 26, 2018. Trading in them was opened on December 19, 2018.
