Klobuchar Made Stops in Southern Minnesota Focused on Agriculture, the Impact of Tariffs, and Rising Health Care Costs

MINNEAPOLIS - This week, U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) visited farms and small businesses in 13 counties on her rural economy tour. Klobuchar's stops included Big Stone, Chippewa, Cottonwood, Lac Qui Parle, Lincoln, Murray, Olmsted, Pipestone, Rice, Stevens, Swift, Traverse, and Wabasha counties.

"This week, I visited farms and small businesses throughout rural Minnesota. I heard firsthand from Minnesotans about their concerns, particularly when it comes to rising costs - from health care to household essentials - and the impact of tariffs on the rural economy, especially our farmers. I will always stand up for rural Minnesota and will keep fighting to lower costs."

Every year, Klobuchar visits all 87 Minnesota counties.
