Center for Unified Korean Future hosts a unified future experience event for children (April 26)

On April 26, the Center for Unified Korean Future of the National Institute for Unification Education of the Ministry of Unification hosted a unified future experience event for children in collaboration with the Yeoncheon Support Center for Childcare and a community child center. The event allowed children and their families to experience the idea of unification in a fun and engaging way through plays and performances.

Notably, the event featured the AI robot "Barami," introduced in March as part of an advanced, on-site unification education initiative, During the event, Barami explained the unification experience program, including Unification Block, Unification Treasure Hunt, and Balloon Art, to children to help them enjoy unification while naturally learning the meaning of unification.

In addition, the program included visits to the 38th parallel and a section of the Berlin Wall located within the site of the center, and the Hapsumeori Observatory-where the Imjingang and Hantangang Rivers meet-as well as the Korea Central Belt (the geographical center of the Korean Peninsula).
