Upcoming Public Hearings in DEP Docket

The Public Service Commission has scheduled customer public hearings to take place in September and October to hear from Duke Energy Progress customers who wish to share their opinion on Docket No. 2025-154-E with the Commission. The Docket, which includes a request for an increase in residential rates, can be reviewed at this link.


These public hearings will be held in Florence, Sumter, and Lee Counties and at the PSC's office in Columbia on these dates:

Preregistration for these public hearings is now open. Anyone who wishes to testify at these public hearings can do so by preregistering in one of the following ways:

The Commission will call the names of those persons who pre-register to testify first. Then the Commission will call the names of the other persons who did not pre-register to testify.
