Save the Date: American Boating Congress 2027
Mark your calendars for the recreational boating industry's premier advocacy event in Washington, D.C.
The 2027 American Boating Congress (ABC) will take place May 17-19, 2027, bringing together marine manufacturers, industry leaders, advocates, and partners from across the country to make the industry's voice heard on Capitol Hill.
With a new Congress underway, ABC 2027 will provide an important opportunity for the recreational boating community to engage directly with policymakers and advance the issues that matter most to our industry, our businesses, and millions of Americans who enjoy time on the water.
Participants will advocate for policies that protect boater access to public waters, drive innovation in marine technology and sustainability, keep U.S. marine manufacturing globally competitive, and improve and expand recreation infrastructure.
The stakes are significant. Recreational boating is a uniquely American industry: 95 percent of boats sold in the U.S. are made in the U.S., and 93 percent of boat builders are small businesses. ABC gives the industry a unified platform to tell that story and demonstrate how federal policy decisions affect manufacturers, workers, businesses, and boating communities nationwide.
Save the date for May 17-19, 2027, and plan to join NMMA in Washington, D.C., for ABC 2027.
