Invitation to Participate in Leadership Research Dissertation Study

Dear Colleagues,
I am conducting a research study as part of my doctoral dissertation examining leadership self-efficacy within academic medical center (AMC) settings. You are invited to participate in an IRB-approved project conducted as part of the requirements for my dissertation research project. The purpose of this study is to explore gender differences in leadership self-efficacy and what roles socioeconomic and demographic factors (age, income, ethnicity, and education level) play in shaping these differences. You are invited to participate in this study by completing an anonymous online survey.

Participation should take approximately 7-10 minutes to complete.

Your responses will remain confidential, and no identifying information will be collected.
