Kendra Pinder Named 2026 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award Winner

Kendra Pinder, a principal at Cresa Alberta, works with companies across Canada on corporate real estate strategy. She handles site selections, market analysis, lease acquisitions and dispositions, and portfolio management, while contributing to the strategic direction and growth of Cresa's Calgary brokerage.

Pinder has represented the Alberta Securities Commission for more than two decades, recently completing a renewal of approximately 103,000 square feet at Centennial Place West. She also developed a real estate strategy and renewal for another government entity involving approximately 50,000 square feet.

Beyond her client work, Pinder is committed to mentoring emerging commercial real estate professionals, particularly women entering the industry.

Pinder has served on the board of CREW Calgary, including as president, and remains active in the organization. Additional community involvement includes serving on the Calgary Youth Justice Committee and participating in local charitable events. She is also a member of the Glencoe Club and the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
