Town of Johnstown - Adoption of Solar Local Law
Negative Declaration
Fulton County - The Johnstown Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Solar Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town of Johnstown contemplating the adoption of a new Local Law that would repeal its current "Solar Farms" law and replace it with new regulations pertaining to Solar Energy Production facilities. The project is located in the Town of Johnstown, New York.
