Police Month National Walkabout takes in the Kemp Road Area
NASSAU, The Bahamas -- In a Police Month National Walkabout, ranking members of the Royal Bahamas Police Force and Kemp Road Police Station performed a walkabout in the Kemp Road community on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 in celebration of Police Month. The walkabout in the community was led by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Chaswell Hanna. The exercise aims to build community awareness, convey public safety tips, and promote stronger partnerships. Police conducted walkabouts in various highly populated areas, with Commissioner of Police Shanta Knowles visiting the Southern Division beginning at Windsor Park.
