Celero Communications Raises $275 Million Series C Following Validation of 2nm Coherent DSP Silicon

Celero Communications, a leader in advanced coherent DSP technology for AI infrastructure, announced a $275 million Series C, bringing its total capital raised to $415 million and valuing the company at more than $3 billion. Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners and CapitalG led the round, with continued participation from existing investors including Sutter Hill Ventures and Maverick Silicon.

Orrick advised Celero.

THE COMPANY

Celero develops advanced coherent DSP solutions that enable high-bandwidth, low-power optical connectivity for AI infrastructure. Celero combines deep expertise in analog design, digital signal processing and system architecture to help data centers scale efficiently as AI infrastructure grows.

THE IMPACT

The financing will accelerate Celero's product roadmap, R&D investments and production readiness as demand grows for higher-bandwidth, lower-power optical connectivity across next-generation AI infrastructure.

The company also announced the successful validation of the industry's first 2nm coherent DSP silicon, including DSP processing and advanced analog technology.

This milestone establishes a scalable foundation for next-generation AI optical interconnects, enabling higher-bandwidth, lower-power connectivity from 1.6T through 3.2T as hyperscale AI clusters and cloud data centers continue to scale. The 2nm process enables high-speed, low-power coherent transmission that improves fiber efficiency while supporting higher-capacity networking platforms.

THE TEAM

The Orrick team is led by John Bautista and includes Jake Wyrick, Andrés Yarto, Aaron Lahijani and Anthony L. Battey Jr.
