Grant Jameson, MD, is no longer practicing with Hendrick Clinic Pain Management, effective July 31, 2026.

If you wish to continue your care with Hendrick Clinic, you can request to have your next appointment with any other Hendrick Clinic provider. You may view a current list of Hendrick Clinic providers using our provider directory. Please be aware that our physicians have limited availability, therefore appointments may be scheduled based on the severity of your diagnosis.

If you prefer to seek care outside of Hendrick Clinic, please complete a Hendrick Clinic Medical Release form to release your records to that practice. Completed requests can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to:
