INGLESIDE, Ill., July 22, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Lincoln Woods Apartments, a 58-unit multifamily property in Ingleside, Illinois.
"Lincoln Woods Apartments attracted strong investor interest because it offered a clear value-add opportunity in one of Lake County's established suburban communities," said Jake Lenti, associate director investments.
