The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on the Wilton Commuter Lot off Route 7 (Danbury Road). This project is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, November 12 and be completed on Friday November 14, 2025. The project DOT01730543CN consists of milling and resurfacing the Wilton Commuter Lot off Route 7 (Danbury Road). This project is scheduled to begin milling and paving by Waters Construction on Wednesday, November 12 to Friday November 14, 2025.
This project is included in CTDOT's 2025 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect closure of the Wilton Commuter Lot off Route 7 (Danbury Road). Variable message sign boards will be posted at the commuter lot site at least 72 hours before the closure of the lot. The work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Wednesday night to Friday morning.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
