NDFB's Public Policy Liaison Emmery Mehlhoff was one of several ag leaders who participated in a roundtable with EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin on Nov. 6 near Bismarck.
Mehlhoff questioned Administrator Zeldin about the status of Waters of the U.S. and what it would practically mean for farmers and ranchers.
