The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $109,027,999 for ceiling-price delivery order (N00383-26-F-YY29) under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-22-G-YY01) for the procurement of 76 outer wing panels utilized on the F/A-18 aircraft. The delivery order does not include an option provision. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (90%); and Hazelwood, Missouri (10%). Work is expected to be completed by October 2031. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $53,423,719 (49% ) will be obligated at the time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. An additional $55,604,280 remains committed to fund the ceiling-priced delivery order that has a maximum total value of $109,027,999. One source was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer was received. Supply Chain Management Inc.1.com (SCMI1),* Hauppauge, New York, was awarded a $20,766,943 firm-fixed-priced contract action, for providing various technical and logistical services to Navy surface combat weapons systems, with maintenance, and training associated with the installation, operation, alteration, and readiness of shipboard equipment and services. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by August 2027. This contract contains options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $20,766,943, and would extend the period of performance to August 2032. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $3,775,808 were obligated at the time of award, of which, funds in the amount of $3,775,808 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Systems Application & Technologies Inc.,* Upper Marlboro, Maryland, is awarded a $20,748,572 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. This contract provides technical, engineering, supply, administrative, program analysis and management, and facility contractor support services for the Aircraft Instrumentation Division. These services support the design, development, procurement, building, installation, testing and evaluation, calibration, modification, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation on aircraft and uninstalled engines for the Navy, other government, commercial, and foreign government customers. Persistent Systems LLC, New York, New York, has been awarded a $104,661,109 modification (P00008) to previously awarded contract FA8214-24-C-0004 to integrate the Regional Operating Picture requirement into the Wave Relay Tactical Assault Kit contract. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $146,420,185 from $41,759,076. Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah; F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming; Malmstrom AFB, Montana; and Minot AFB, North Dakota, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 22, 2029. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,627,514 are being obligated at time of award. Skookum Educational Programs, doing business as Tessera, Bremerton, Washington, has been awarded a $70,006,743 firm-fixed-price contract for base operations maintenance services. This contract provides for operations and maintenance of infrastructure through performance work tasks, preventative maintenance, real property, and real property installed equipment inspections on building structures. Work will be performed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, and is expected to be completed by July 24, 2030. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $5,195,812 are being obligated at time of award. Lockheed Martin Space, Littleton, Colorado, has been awarded a $22,021,262 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00007) to contract FA9453-25-C-X054 for the Space Data Networking Experimentation Phase II program. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $22,461,947 from $22,021,262. Work will be performed in Littleton, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by October 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,000,000 are being obligated, by purchase request, at the time of award.
