Mexico: Grain and Feed Update

The outlook for Mexican grain production in marketing year (MY) 2025/2026 is higher year-on-year for corn, rice, and sorghum based on favorable weather conditions, improved dam levels, and increased domestic demand for white corn. Wheat production is forecast lower based on weaker price expectations. Imports are forecast to increase for corn, wheat, rice, and sorghum, as domestic production remains insufficient to meet rising food and feed consumption.
