DCCM Announces Mark Otto, RPLS, as Director, Survey, Houston Municipal Survey

DCCM is proud to announce the promotion of Mark Otto, RPLS, to Director, Survey, Houston Municipal Survey. This promotion reflects DCCM's continued commitment to developing strong leaders within the organization and supporting the growth and success of its survey services.

In his new role, Mark will provide leadership and strategic direction for survey operations, overseeing teams, project execution, and operational performance. He will focus on maintaining high standards of quality, strengthening client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of survey projects. Mark will also provide guidance and support to project managers, field crews, and technical staff throughout the division.

Mark joined DCCM on February 14, 2022, and has most recently served as Senior Project Manager/RPLS. Through his experience in project management and professional land surveying, Mark has contributed to the successful execution of survey projects and the delivery of quality services to clients. His technical expertise, project leadership, and understanding of survey operations will be valuable assets as he takes on this new leadership role.
