Salisbury Sunshine Awardee: July 2026

TidalHealth Peninsula Regional is pleased to announce that TidalHealth is proud to recognize Tammy Conquest as it's July 2026 Sunshine Award recipient.

Conquest was nominated by a patient's family member who shared how her compassion and genuine care made a difficult experience more positive for both him and his wife.

During testing and evaluations, his wife became upset and was having a difficult time. Conquest recognized that she needed more than physical care in that moment. She took the time to speak with her, helping her feel calm and reassured.

The nominator described Conquest as cheerful, upbeat and someone who goes above and beyond for the physical and emotional well-being of her patients.

"Tammy is more than an employee of the hospital, she is a good ambassador who made our stay at your facility a positive experience. She took excellent care of us."

Conquest was honored in a ceremony before her coworkers and presented with fresh flowers, a pin, and a certificate recognizing her exceptional devotion to team and patient care.
