Greenberg Traurig Elevates 2 Attorneys in Boston Office

BOSTON - April 21, 2026 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP elevated Amanda M. Blaske and Elizabeth E. Georgiopoulos to shareholders in the firm's Boston office. Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 91 lawyers to shareholder, of counsel, and local partner.

Blaske represents borrowers, lenders, and other parties in finance and corporate transactions as well as restructuring matters. She has experience in commercial law and corporate restructuring, representing bond trustees, bondholders, creditors, and debtors in a variety of insolvency matters. She also has experience with acquisition financings and refinancings, including senior secured financings, asset-based lending financings, and first lien/second lien financings, as well as business and debt restructuring and workouts, and bankruptcy.

Georgiopoulos has a broad range of experience litigating high-stakes matters across state and federal courts as well as in domestic and international arbitration forums. In addition, she regularly serves as outside e-discovery counsel for clients in cases involving intricate data issues, ensuring clients remain compliant while maintaining a strong litigation posture. Beyond her litigation practice, Georgiopoulos advises clients across industries on cutting-edge information governance issues, including record retention policies, data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and the ethical deployment of artificial intelligence in the workplace. She has drafted information governance frameworks for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Georgiopoulos also has focused experience in HIPAA compliance and has a strong understanding in electronic medical records systems and related data analytics.
