Cobepa sells its stake in Vegro
On 15 October 2008, Cobepa, NPM Capital and co-investors sold their entire stake in Dutch HWS wholesaler Vegro to the Solar Group.
Cobepa, NPM Capital and the foundation controlled by former and current employees sold their entire stake in Dutch HWS wholesaler Vegro to the Solar Group, one of Northern Europe's largest technical wholesalers with annual revenues of EUR 1,367 million in 2007.
