Remarks: Effective March 4, 2026, the Reporting Person ceased serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer. Their status as an insider terminated on that date, and therefore they are no longer subject to Section 16. This Form 4 has been filed in accordance with Rule 16a-2(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended; however, the Reporting Person did not realize a profit as respects his purchases of 9,000 shares on November 10, 2025 at a price per share of $3.74 and 6,000 shares on November 11, 2025 at a weighted average price per share of $3.5517 in connection with this transaction. |
