Traffic Box Voting Now Open!

Olympia's Traffic Box Wrap Project turns traffic boxes found on sidewalks & street corners into a collection of public art pieces.

Help choose the 2026 Traffic Box Wraps by submitting your vote on Engage Olympia. There are 100 wraps to choose from submitted by local artists of all ages. NOTE: You must be registered on Engage Olympia to participate. If you already have an Engage Olympia account, please sign in. If not, you will have to create an account.

After voting ends on June 30, 2026 the ten images with the most votes will be printed as vinyl canvases and installed on traffic boxes around town. Selected artists receive a $500 honorarium for the use of their artwork image.

Winning Traffic Box Wraps will be announced this summer and installed summer/fall 2026.
